How to use Zoom

We are using a website called Zoom for our meetings - both branch and committee.
Each participant will receives an invite containing a link to the 'meeting room. To join the meeting, all a participant has to do is click on the link which will take them straight into the room. The room will be open 10 minutes before the meeting.
