News from Lancashire Archives
We promised to let readers of News from the Archives know as soon as we had a date for re-opening. I'm pleased to tell you that we will be welcoming researchers back from Tuesday 6 October.
As you may imagine we have had to put in place a number of new procedures to ensure that you will be able to use the archives safely, and to protect staff so all visits will be by appointment only and all documents, microfilms and books will have to be ordered in advance.
